technical inspection is mandatory and is divided into two categories:<\/p>\n<p>Initial: refers to new vehicles and is carried out in one (1) year from the date the vehicle was registered, for example if the vehicle was registered on 15-07-2011 is liable for KTEO on 15-07-2012 with a deadline of one week<br \/>Periodical: Conducted every one (1) year from the date of the previous audit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Initial Technical Inspection of KTEO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The initial KTEO inspection is mandatory<strong> 1 year<\/strong> from the date of issue of the first marketing authorization, with a time limit of 3 weeks before to 1 week after.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Periodic Technical Inspection of KTEO heavy vehicles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The periodic inspection of KTEO must be carried out<strong> EVERY 1 YEAR<\/strong> after the initial inspection.
