Initial Technical Inspection of KTEO:
The training vehicles pass immediately after the issuance of the registration permit and the installation of the pedals in order to certify their suitability as training vehicles. - Periodic Technical Inspection of KTEO: The periodic inspection of KTEO must be carried out every year after the initial inspection.
- Specifically for 2019, the vehicles that had passed the technical inspection in the year 2018 with a deadline of 1 week before and 1 after (the exact date is written in the technical inspection sheet) are obliged to undergo a technical inspection. E.g. a vehicle that had passed an inspection on 15/2/2017 must be re-inspected by KTEO until 22/2/2018.
- KTEO re-inspection
In case your vehicle is found to have serious defects and needs repairs, you have 20 days at your disposal for the re-inspection and the issuance of the technical inspection report. The technical director of KTEO Papadopoulos can give you an additional 10 days in cases where the repairs are extensive.
In case a vehicle arrives for re-inspection and 60 days have passed from the date of KTEO inspection, during which serious deficiencies were found, then a full KTEO inspection is performed and the corresponding normal full inspection fee is paid together with the special increased fee according to the time period. of delay.
